Switching up your workouts is a great way to ensure that you won’t plateau. I try to make it to the track once a week to do sprints and abs while getting my daily dose of vitamin D. I finished off with a series of ab workouts, this being the first: Be sure to keep your spine straight and your core tight. DO NOT hyperextended your lower back. Feet shoulder width apart go down into a plank position and perform a single leg reverse crunch with each leg and then come back up on your hands. Repeat for 3 sets of 20 with 30 seconds rest in between!#fitandthick #getfitandthick #nicolemejia
