No. I don’t need to brush up on anything my dearest buddy. If a woman has a flat pancake butt, no amount of squats, lunges or leg press will give her a Maliah Michel or Rosee butt. Unless if she moves to Brazil or DR. First of all, you’ll have to understand the difference between something getting bigger and something being more defined. Those exercises will most likely make your glutes bigger (that’s if you eat properly) and that might give the illusion that the butt is bigger too. You also can’t naturally increase the size of your hip. Wearing a corset doesn’t increase the size of your hip. No amount of “hip or waist” exercise will increase the size of your hip. What a corset DOES do is reduce the amount of muscle or in most cases fat, in that area (assuming you wear it as much as possible). You waist essentially takes to the corset or girdle or saran wrap….whatever the hell you decided to use.
