I’m not sure how you plan on losing weight, but running is basically a total body workout and regardless, if you do run, you can’t pick where your body “removes” fat from. With that being said, you can go to the fitness section and find a workout routine out of the massive collection on butt workouts already in there and use them as a guide on your quest to replacing fat with muscle.
