wouldnt doing the exercises ur saying(like squats) just burn all the fat off your ass and makes it smaller..? the only way it will become bigger is if ur like a crazy insane muscle gymnist person ahah idk how to explain it but dont you think it would be better if we just work on above body exercises especially abs for a flat/thin stomach/waist and just toning our legss?
No and yes… Proper workout convert fat into muscle or rather replaces fat with muscle. Squats workout your whole leg and doesn’t do a great job with your gluteus. I guarantee you that you’ll see results if you do it though.
