I have been doing the waist training for about a month now. It wasn't worth it because I developed severe backaches and compressed organs . I could barely even walk after sometime. I would suggest exercises because they're safer. Love ur blog btw
How did you know you developed “compressed organs”?
Hey I was wondering I have a big butt from the side but when you look at me from the back it looks like I have a square butt. I'm super insecure about this and I need to find a routine or workout that will help reshape my butt into a nice bubble butt. I want to be in shape by the summer. Is 2 months enough to get the butt that I want? Thanks.
But one more thing honestly if i stick to a good diet n exercise will i need a corset
Assuming you don’t already have the “figure”, you will if you want to shape your waist. Again, nothing if more important than your life and people will love you regardless of you if you have a tiny waist or not. Don’t risk your life trying to look like something you weren’t built to be.
You have been so helpful thank u so much im convinced i want to waist train
No problem. Just remember, if it’s tight enough that you have shortness of breath, don’t use it at all. Your diaphragm has to freely move to ensure breathing and not to mention that it can hinder/slow down digestion of food.
Hi. So, I am already thick; I have an hourglass shape, but I want my stomach to be flatter and a bigger/fatter ass. Lol. What exercises should I look into to get a flatter stomach, and a bigger bum? I do not want my hips or my thighs to get smaller, but I do want a small waist... a good example is Miracle Watts. Also, what foods should I eat? I do not want my butt to be hard or firm.. if that makes sense. Lol. Thanks in advance!
This anon asked a similar question Here . Also, fat is flabby, muscle has better structure, so when you workout your butt, you’re essential replacing fat. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t want it to be firm, it most likely won’t be hard anyway.
McDonalds sued for $1.5 Million because Mr. Lucas, a customer, couldn't secure an additional napkin from Angel, the employee
Well, all you McDonald’s employees out there, look out for people trying to sue over napkins. All jokes aside, i’ve had this happen to me a bunch of times at various places. Sure it’s annoying and irritating, because i’ll SURELY need more than one napkin for this QUARTER POUNDER. It just never occurred to me that it was racially motivated.
A McDonald’s customer is suing the fast food restaurant for $1.5million because he was given only one napkin with his meal.
Webster Lucas claims he is now unable to work because of the ‘undue mental anguish’ and ‘emotional distress’ caused by the incident.
He launched the lawsuit following a row with the store manager at the outlet in Pacoima, California, on January 29.
Tempers seem to have flared after Mr Lucas complained that he had received just a single napkin towel with his Quarter Pounder Deluxe.
