unaffordable-pussy asked: Why do you think the media and society bashes black women, but then when a female of another race or ethnicity has the same features or does the same thing they're adored for it. If I black women wears extensions it's because she desires to be white, but if any other race does it it alright. Why are black girls with wonderful asset such as a bum or boobs called obese but then when other ethnicity have it they're are praised. Why does the media constantly promote black women as cruel rude people?
Black women are stigmatized by both the media and society for identical reasons. I think some black women (some black people) make it really easy for the occurrence of such stigmatization. Another reason i think is the reaffirmation of who’s on top and who’s at the bottom. The reinforcement of “white” culture as the superior culture is obviously perpetuated all day through the media, there’s no way you can avoid it. Hell, in an already oppressed society, you also see the oppressed oppressing the people that are already oppressed lol. I feel like it’s that 1% the control a great percentage of the wealthy that are spearheading the perpetuation and the reinforcement is carried out by all of us. Constant complaining about how the “man” is keeping you down and doesn’t want you to succeed is actually also a reinforcement. All that falls into the scope of your question indirectly as i can’t directly answer why it’s that way for “black women”.

Some people just don’t have filters. You use the premise of being “real” to justify purposely trying to make other humans lives miserable. Don’t forget that there are people on this planet who comprehend and react to things differently from you. Don’t forget that being judgement doesn’t make you a better person. Words are deadly.
