Yeah, i kind of just said it two posts ago. It can limit breath efficiency, damage/affect organs and also restrict blood flow. Then again, almost everything has it down side. Even water.

Assuming you don’t already have the “figure”, you will if you want to shape your waist. Again, nothing if more important than your life and people will love you regardless of you if you have a tiny waist or not. Don’t risk your life trying to look like something you weren’t built to be.

No problem. Just remember, if it’s tight enough that you have shortness of breath, don’t use it at all. Your diaphragm has to freely move to ensure breathing and not to mention that it can hinder/slow down digestion of food.

Because everything has an end. Besides, you can’t possible be awake everyday at 4 in the morning, can you? It was supposed to stop at 10, i don’t know why it posted another one at 10:30.
Because it will restrict the flow of blood around the area. Having anything tight around a certain area of your body will limit flow in that area and can lead to problems down the road.
